What a great experience this has been. I have really enjoyed the past 12 weeks. I now realise that I can stick to a diet and feel so good when you see results. I am exercising much more and feel great coming into summer.
This is not the end for me. I will continue to use ULTRAslim for the next few months so I can lose a few more kilos. I love the shakes and the bars and would recommend them to anyone wanting a tasty and simple way to control their calories.
I’ve lost just on 7kg and dropped a dress size!

This week is my last week blogging and won’t be weighing myself until the end of the week. I’m hoping for another ½ kilo which is about what I have loosing each week. I intend to continue with the shakes for another month or so after. I still have a few more kilos to loose and want to reach my goal of 10kg before summer.
Exercise is a big part of every day and I’m feeling fitter than I have in a long time.
The shakes are still great and the cherry bars are still fantastic.

I wasn’t going to weigh myself until the end as I seemed to be going up and down a lot. But I was very happy with the results this week when I stepped on the scales on Monday morning.
I’m now 65.6kg which is a 6kg loss to date and my waist is 78cm (I started at 84cm) so a loss of 6cm there and I’ve lost the same around my hips.
I am going to try very hard to be good over the next two weeks to see if I can lose at least few more kilo’s and centimetres. I’m really looking forward to the end results. I still can’t believe I have stuck to this as long as I have and am still motivated
The biggest lesson I have learnt since beginning my ULTRAslim diet is that you need to be prepared. I have had an unusually large amount of travel with my work, and I’m now on my first of two weeks of annual leave and have spent five days away from home. Being prepared has become very important and has been a real challenge every week. Planning has been the key whether away or at home; I really see the importance of this now and intend to keep planning when I finish the twelve weeks. I’ve learnt there are always healthy options; it just takes a little longer to find them sometimes.
I’ve had a lovely surprise whilst away. I took a pair of black evening pants with me that I hadn’t worn for 8 months, but remembered them fitting a little tighter than I liked. I couldn’t believe it when I put them on and they were too big! I kept stop pulling at the waist and at the rear of them to see how much excess room there was. I’m still smiling about it now that I’m thinking about it again and I actually felt uncomfortable in them as they looked baggy. Looks like I’ll have to buy a new pair before my next night out; I’m looking forward to a few new wardrobe purchases soon.
With only one more week to go, I’m feeling better than I have in a long time. I still have some way to go to my goal but am very happy with the results so far and have enjoyed every shake!

I had a much more positive approach this week than I did last week.
I’m still finding the ULTRAslim shakes satisfying. Using the ULTRAslim shakes doesn’t seem to impact on family. My family tend to take care of themselves at breakfast and lunch, and I can make a dish for dinner that suit everyone. So it’s very easy to combine my diet with little or no impact on everyone else.
I’m feeling good, my clothes are fitting better and I’m exercising more as it has become routine each day. If I don’t do it I feel like I have missed out on something. I’ve even started getting my husband to drop me off a few kilometres from home when we have been out and I walk home. I also walk to my mother’s, who lives 4km from me. I find I’m looking for ways of adding extra exercise into my daily.

Not such a good week this week. It was the first week where I felt like I was trying to sabotage myself. I was just feeling like I wanted a change and wanted to eat things that I haven’t wanted for some time. I still had my shakes for breakfast and lunch but seemed to give into cravings for biscuits and chocolate in the evening. It probably only lasted a few days but I felt really guilty, as if I was letting myself down and couldn’t do anything about it. Needless to say I’m too scared to get on the scales this week as I don’t want to be disappointed. I’ll wait until next week and try to be really good.
I am back to my normal self now with more control. Saturday night we had dinner and drinks with a few friends and I only drank diet soft drink. I had to bring the nibbles so I took nuts and cheese for everyone else and a big platter of celery, carrot and capsicum sticks with light tzatziki dip for me - it was actually popular with everyone.
On a positive note, this Friday I bumped into a friend I hadn’t seen for a few months and she asked me if I had lost weight so that made me feel much better.

I’m feeling pretty good. It’s great to be fitting comfortably into my clothes again. It’s a horrible feeling when your clothes start to get tight and it seems the more you think about losing weight the harder it is. The ULTRAslim shakes make it so easy to take control of your life. It’s a great feeling having lost a few kilos, enough to feel the difference. It’s not only in my wardrobe but also in how much healthier I feel and more energy I have. I love being back into exercise and I’m really enjoying the early mornings; it really is the best time of the day.
Even after eight weeks, I sill find the ULTRAslim shakes really tasty. They make life so easy. A few times this week I have felt like cereal instead of a shake so I had my shake for dessert!

Wow! Six weeks have passed so quickly and I’m very pleased with my results. After a disappointing week 6 in which I didn’t lose any weight, I’m thrilled to have lost 1.4kg this week. I don’t know what happened during those 2 weeks. So at the end of 7 weeks, I have lost 4.2kg, 2.5cm from my hips, 3cm from my waist and 4cm from around my stomach. I’m feeling great and don’t feel like I’m on a diet. I’m still enjoying my ULTRAslim shakes for brekkie and lunch, in fact I love how easy they are to prepare and not having to put any thought into what I’m going to eat. (Big time saver!) Eating is no longer occupying my thoughts during the day as it used to prior starting the ULTRAslim 12 week challenge. I also feel more productive at work as I’m not thinking about eating. I’m feeling full quicker and when I would previously finish everything on my plate just because it was there, I’m realising that I’m full and leaving food on my plate. I seem to be developing some really good habits and becoming more aware of what and how much I’m eating.
Getting up to exercise in the mornings is easier too as it’s getting lighter. I love the mornings; I’m lucky that I live on the coast and can jog and walk along the beach every day. The weather has been so great lately; it’s perfect for early morning exercise.
I am really looking forward to the next 6 weeks and hopefully at least another 4kgs weight loss. I can’t wait to see the results in week 12. This is the first weight loss program I have been on and felt so positive and motivated to continue.

Well I had a pretty disappointing week. The first week I actually gained some weight. Everywhere I went there were temptations. I had to travel for work again and I thought I kept on track but maybe not enough. Working away was really a challenge this week. It even included a full sit down 3 course breakfast with a few hundred colleagues - the tables were full of fruit, yoghurt, cereal and pastries, then waiters brought out the hot plates full of scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, potatoes and cheese stuffed tomatoes. I found the will power and refused the plate – it felt great not being tempted, I only ate some fruit and yoghurt. I’m sure some of the others at the table were wishing they also said no to the hot food. I think I heard them call me the food police at some time over those couple of days. But it was all good as a couple of the other girls were also trying to lose weight and said that I helped them make better choices than they normally wouldn’t have. Then there was Father’s Day with morning tea and lunch at my parents followed by a meal with the in-laws.
Also I wasn’t able to do any exercise for 3 days because of the hours I was working. I hate to think how much weight I could have put on if I didn’t have some self control!
This is a new week and I’m going to try and stay positive and make sure I make all the right choices. I will make sure I keep my diary and exercise everyday this week, even if I can only find 20 minutes.

It was nice to get back to my normal routine this week after working away for most of last week. We are already a third of the way through our 12 week weight loss program and I am so happy with the results and how good I’m feeling. I’ve now lost a total of 3.2kg over the last 4 weeks and I have no doubts that I will be able to keep going for the entire 12 weeks. It has really become a part of my routine and it’s just so easy to make the shakes part of my day. I’m going to be addicted to the ULTRAslim Dark Cherry Snack Bars for life!
I’ve tried to make time for exercise every day but a couple of things have got in the way. One morning my daughter had to be at school at 5.45am for an excursion and on Saturday I was nursing my wounds after getting up on Friday morning at 5.30am for a jog. I started off feeling great and thinking about how good I was feeling, what a beautiful morning it was and how lucky I was to be able to be doing what I was doing and the next thing I know, I trip over a tree root and am flat on my face in the dirt - so humiliating! And of course a car was coming around the corner at the same time and must have had a really good laugh. Anyway I picked myself up and ran as fast I could home to my husband to clean up my grazes. The trip only stopped me for one day and I was back out there on Sunday being very conscious of where I put my feet!
My daughter wants to start yoga; I have never done it before so thought it might be fun. It will also be nice to do this together. We may have to wait a few weeks until the graze on my knee has healed though.
I’m looking forward to another great week and have set myself a goal of 0.8kg to lose which will make a total of 4kg weight loss.

This week wasn’t as much of a challenge as I thought it might be as I had to work away from home for five days. They were long days, standing all day and talking with hundreds of people. I was prepared to feel a little lethargic with only shakes and fruit for breakfast and lunch but I wasn’t. I felt like I had as much energy as I would have if I had been eating cereal and sandwiches. I planned ahead and took my Nutrition-to-go milk shakes for breakfast and lunches. These combined with fruit kept me satisfied until dinner. I was staying in a motel without cooking facilities so I was at the mercy of the restaurant. I tried to choose healthy options with a salad or veggies. Also I avoided bread, alcohol and desserts but didn’t miss them!
As I had a little more spare time in the mornings (didn’t have to get the kids and their lunches ready for school) I started jogging and managed to jog three out of the five mornings. I plan to continue this now that I’m home and now that the mornings are getting lighter. I’ll try to get up at 5.30am at least three mornings a week.
It’s become so easy to have the shakes each day, as its routine now. I am still really enjoying them and I’m not craving anything else. I’m continually surprised at how good I am feeling both mentally and physically. I am feeling more alert, more energised, my clothes aren’t feeling as tight and I am proud of myself for finally sticking to a diet and please to see results. I will have to get out my smaller size work pants next week as the ones I have been wearing are getting too loose!
This week I plan to drink more water, jog three times a week as well as going for walks, so that’s a minimum of 40 minutes of exercise a day.
