Tiramisu with ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbl. ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE. 12 Paradise Lite brand 50% Less Fat Butternut Cookies. 2 tsp. Jarrah Cafe Latte dissolved in 200ml of boiling water and cooled. 400mL low fat vanilla yoghurt.
METHOD: Divide the yoghurt into 200mL portions. Add the Ultra Slim Chocolate Milk Shake powder to one of the yoghurt portions. Set aside. To assemble the Tiramisu, soak a biscuit for a few seconds in the coffee mixture. Put it in the bottom of a serving glass. Add a layer of vanilla yoghurt. Soak another biscuit, add onto the top of vanilla yoghurt layer and add a layer of the chocolate flavoured yoghurt on top. Add another soaked biscuit and finish the layers with vanilla yoghurt. Repeat layering steps with remaining serving glasses and garnish with coffee. Serves 3-4

Virgin Colada made with Vanilla MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS: 2tbl. ULTRAslim Vanilla MILKSHAKE 100ml skim milk 1 cup fresh pineapple 3/4 tsp. coconut essence Pineapple for garnish
METHOD: Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Garnish with fresh pineapple. Serves 1 |

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse made with ULTRAslimChocolate MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS: 4 tbl. ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE 300mL skim milk. 1 cup fresh raspberries. 1 tbl. honey 3 tsp. gelatin powder. 60mL hot water. Extra raspberries and mint for garnish.
METHOD: Place ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE powder, milk, raspberries and honey in a blender. Combine ingredients until smooth. In a small cup place gelatin powder in hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add gelatin mix to blender until combined. Pour mixture into 4 individual glasses and place in refrigerator until set. Top with raspberries and mint. Serves 4 |

Morning Muesli with ULTRAslim Vanilla MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbl. ULTRAslim Vanilla MILKSHAKE 100mL skim milk 100mL low fat plain yoghurt 2-3 dried apricots 1 heaped tbl raisins 2-3 dried apple rings 1 tbl. oat bran 1 tbl. honey
METHOD: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined. Serves 1

Cappuccino Crush made with Cappuccino Milk Shake
INGREDIENTS: 2 tsp. Ultra Slim Cappuccino Milk Shake 100mL skim milk 5-7 ice cubes Cinnamon
METHOD: In a blender, place all ingredients. Blend until mixture is thick and slushy. Garnish with cinnamon. Serves 1 |
