Chocolate Raspberry Mousse made with ULTRAslimChocolate MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS:
4 tbl. ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE 300mL skim milk.
1 cup fresh raspberries.
1 tbl. honey 3 tsp. gelatin powder.
60mL hot water.
Extra raspberries and mint for garnish.

METHOD:
Place ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE powder, milk, raspberries and honey in a blender. Combine ingredients until smooth. In a small cup place gelatin powder in hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add gelatin mix to blender until combined. Pour mixture into 4 individual glasses and place in refrigerator until set. Top with raspberries and mint.
