Tiramisu with ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE
INGREDIENTS: 2 tbl. ULTRAslim Chocolate MILKSHAKE. 12 Paradise Lite brand 50% Less Fat Butternut Cookies. 2 tsp. Jarrah Cafe Latte dissolved in 200ml of boiling water and cooled. 400mL low fat vanilla yoghurt.
METHOD: Divide the yoghurt into 200mL portions. Add the Ultra Slim Chocolate Milk Shake powder to one of the yoghurt portions. Set aside. To assemble the Tiramisu, soak a biscuit for a few seconds in the coffee mixture. Put it in the bottom of a serving glass. Add a layer of vanilla yoghurt. Soak another biscuit, add onto the top of vanilla yoghurt layer and add a layer of the chocolate flavoured yoghurt on top. Add another soaked biscuit and finish the layers with vanilla yoghurt. Repeat layering steps with remaining serving glasses and garnish with coffee. Serves 3-4
